Products

We sell skincare products. We do our best to display products accurately, but actual color, packaging, or texture may vary slightly from the photos. Our products are cosmetics — they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always read the ingredient list and patch-test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in RON and may include or exclude VAT/taxes as shown at checkout.
• Customs duties and import taxes (for international orders) are not included and are your responsibility.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is mispriced or out of stock; you'll receive a full refund.

Order acceptance

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues).
