We want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

What can be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products can only be returned if they are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • In resellable condition

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or were sent in error.

How to start a return

Email us at rareshul009@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product(s) you want to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. A photo, if the item arrived damaged or defective

We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover the return shipping.
  • If you change your mind, the return shipping cost is yours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund you within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final-sale items (where marked)

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
