We ship worldwide. Here's what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at rareshul009@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value — see the cart page for current promotions.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders shipped outside [YOUR COUNTRY/EU], you may be charged import duties, VAT, or customs fees by your local authorities. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are your responsibility. We cannot predict these charges — please check with your local customs office.
If you refuse delivery because of customs fees, the package will either be returned to us or destroyed by customs. In that case, we can only refund the product cost, not the shipping.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to appear.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at rareshul009@gmail.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 14 additional business days for international orders before we declare a package lost.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can only change the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
